	JTS Development is excited to announce that there is a home available in White Tail Ridge. BUY ONE OF THE JTS HOMES IN ELK RIDGE HEIGHTS AND RECEIVE A 2/1 BUYDOWN!!!
If you buy one of the two JTS homes that are complete in Elk Ridge Heights (the Augusta or the St. Andrews), we are offering a 2/1 buydown. A 2/1 buydown means that we lower your interest rate 2% for your first year and 1% in your second year. For example if the rates are currently 6%, you will only pay 4% for your first year and 5% during your second year. Elk Ridge Open Houses


	Open Houses are now being held in Elk Ridge Heights 4 days a week. All you have to do is come into the development and follow the signs. One of our realtors wil be waiting to answer your every question, and help get you into the home of your dreams for the deal of your dreams, whether it is a custom home or one of our pre-built specs homes. Or set up your own meeting outside of Open House hours by simply contacting one of our realtors. Open House Hrs. Thursday 1pm-7pm Friday 1pm-7pm Saturday 1pm-7pm Sunday 1pm-7pm JTS Development has begun spending a few hours at the open houses with the realtors on the weekend.
