JTS Development Inc. is a local building and development company. Family owned and operated by Jerry Stolp and his son Austin Stolp. We have been based in Spokane since we were established in the mid-90's, and love the Inland Empire. Jerry has used his 30+ years of experience in quality home building, to establish our principles of honest, quality, and taking pride in our work. We have a very hands on approach through all phases of the homes construction. Jerry & Austin personally meets with all homeowners throughout the construction, and the warranty work that follows.
Our Building & Re-Modeling Process
We start each process by meeting with you to learn what your wants, needs, and budget are. We use this information to begin the planning process where we help you design your home and Jerry personally drafts your home. All this with no money down. We will break your bid into line items and show you where your money is going & then layout the building process for you step by step so you know what to expect. Once construction begins you receive a letter telling you who to meet with and the deadlines to make your decisions. JTS helps you and is by your side through the whole process. You recieve a schedule in the beginning so you always know that your home is moving along. We pride ourselves on making this process as easy and stress free on you from beginning to end as possible.
Our subcontractors
All of JTS Development Inc. subcontractors are fully licensed and bonded, and have worked for JTS for a length of time. We pride ourselves on having good relationships with everyone working on our job sites, that way they look forward to working on your home. They are all required to meet our customer's wants and needs with professionalism.
Meeting our schedules
We have an easy guide to get our customers through the construction of their new homes. We set up all of the meetings for everything from colors, to interior finishes, lighting and plumbing. All our customers have to do is make the meetings and make their choices; we take care of the rest. Meeting a schedule on a home is our number-one priority and our one of our greatest strengths.
JTS has built many Custom Homes and has developed 4 neighborhoods in the last ten years. We developed Keystone Meadows an entry-level development in Spokane Valley, Wanderview Estates across from the Wandermere Golf Course, Field of Dreams a Victorian style development in Cheney, and we have finished our first high end development Whitetail Ridge in Spokane Valley.
